Now, it seems the friendship has turned to love after they were caught together at the exclusive Estelle Manor hotel, where they shared an intimate dinner and a couple's massage. The next day, they both left the premises at about the same time but through different exits to go unnoticed among the hotel guests. That same Sunday, Kim Kardashian was seen shopping in London, looking relaxed and smiling after her meeting with the driver. “Everything looked very romantic.
